I’m very passionate about my own health and helping other people to sort out there own and, just like everyone else, I fall off the wagon from time to time. 1. Cereals

The cereals you buy in most shops are, by far, one of the worst foods for your waistline and your health, because, the majority of over-the-counter cereals contain empty calories, are jam packed with simple carbs and sugar, cleverly disguised as a “healthy” breakfast by sneaky advertisers.

2. Bagels

On an average morning, would you sit down and consciously eat FOUR slices of bread?

Unfortunately, MOST bagels contain the equivalent of about four slices of bread, which will very quickly convert into sugar making you store fat and feel lethargic. Not ideal to start your day feeling sluggish and lacking in energy.

3. Muffins

Unfortunately shop bought muffins are giants in the wrong way, and by that I mean they can often contain over 600-700 calories that have absolutely NO protein or healthy fats to keep you feeling full and satisfied.
